Behind smooth service is quiet orchestration.
It all comes down to the timing, flow, and decisions that never reach the table. Kintow handles that work, so service stays smooth, and operators stay in control.

From duct tape to orchestration.
Kintow started on the floor, not in a lab. Founder Ivan Romero opened Con Leche during COVID and kept it running with Zapier hacks, that connected Square APIs, and spreadsheets, learning firsthand how fragile margins are and how much time the back office can steal.
Later at Blank Street and Nash, he saw the same pain at scale and learned true orchestration working with brands like Square, Walmart, and 7-Eleven. The takeaway was simple: restaurants need an intelligence layer that connects the pieces and runs the work in the background. That’s Kintow.
Every great restaurant deserves great systems, not another dashboard to babysit. Kintow is built for orchestration, not attention. You’ll notice us in the work you never have to do again.
