Your bookkeeping, closed in five days.

A named bookkeeper and a CPA review on every close, with the numbers by location while you can still do something about them.

The engagement

The same bookkeeper, every month.

You are not put in a queue. Your bookkeeper knows which of your locations runs hot on labor and which vendor moved their price last week, and reaches you before the numbers do. Text or email them any time; they answer the same day.

The books are one thing Kintow does.

Every restaurant on Kintow gets the same software our 100+ locations already run on: invoices read the day they arrive, counts by voice, orders built for your GM, and a P&L by location that is current on Monday, not six weeks later. Your bookkeeper works inside it, and so can you.

Most of a bookkeeping fee pays for typing.

Restaurant bookkeeping runs $400 to $1,500 per location, and most of it is data entry. Kintow's software has read 17,000 invoices for 30 restaurant concepts without a person in the middle. That is how we can put a bookkeeper and a CPA on your account at a fraction of the usual fee.

From the founder
Ivan Romero, founder of Kintow

I helped launch Uber Eats in the Southeast, built product at Blank Street Coffee and Nash, and I own a coffee shop in Atlanta. I know what it is to get a P&L six weeks late and learn the month was worse than it felt.

Clients asked us to help their accountants, then to do the books. So we do, with a person on every account.

Questions
Do I have to leave QuickBooks?
No. We keep your books in your QuickBooks Online or Xero file. You own them.
What happens to my current bookkeeper or CPA?
Some groups replace them. Others keep their CPA for tax and have us run the monthly books underneath. Either way, whoever files your taxes gets cleaner books.
Who does the work?
A bookkeeper employed by Kintow, the same one every month, reviewed by a CPA. Our software does the data entry underneath them.
Which point of sale do you support?
Toast and Square. If you run something else, tell us on the form and we will say plainly whether we can support it yet.
My books are months behind.
We bring prior periods current before your first close, at no charge.
Is there a contract?
Your choice. $499 per location on month to month, or $399 per location on a one-year term. No setup fee either way.
